Onboarding Guide

Onboarding at DappleOS is delivered in steps, with hands-on support from our team. Every step is grounded in clinical best practice, ensuring your system is configured with the right safeguards to protect data and streamline operations from day one.

Step 1: Setup Wizard

You’ll first receive access to the DappleOS setup wizard. This is an online tool designed to guide you through the configuration of core details like products, treatments and pricing. We use the wizard to automatically link these settings in the background. This means you don’t need to go back and connect things later on, making setup much faster.

You can move through the Wizard at your own pace, fitting it around your regular clinic schedule. Your progress is saved at every step, so you can pause at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

 


Step 2: Setup Checklist

Once the wizard is complete, you’ll log into DappleOS for the very first time. Your dashboard will display a setup checklist that guides you through the remaining configuration tasks. DappleOS is a powerful platform, and taking time to tailor each setting to your clinic will ensure you unlock its full capability.

You can complete tasks in your own time and mark them as completed. The status updates automatically, so you always know what’s done and what’s outstanding.

 


Step 3: Training

Training is delivered through self-paced courses built into DappleOS. Each course includes articles and video modules to guide users step by step. Progress is tracked per user, giving admins clear visibility across the team.


Step 4: Data Migration

We handle your data with the care and precision it demands. The process includes the secure transfer of patient records, notes and upcoming appointments. Integrity checks are employed to confirm accuracy and completeness with real-time support from our team.


Step 5: Go Live

Your go-live date is set in advance and fully supported by your Customer Success Manager. The first few weeks after launch are critical. You'll receive high-touch support with priority access to technical specialists and regular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly.


Ongoing Support

We’re here to support your clinic’s success at every stage, with ongoing guidance and resources tailored to your growth.

You’ll have access to:

  • Ongoing check-ins and strategic support from your dedicated Success Manager
  • High-touch assistance and proactive monitoring during your first weeks live
  • Access to training videos, live chat and a searchable Knowledge Base
  • Regular feature updates, with optional webinars and peer learning opportunities
